Want to avoid Alzheimer’s Disease? Then better stay away from fast food joints like KFC, McDonalds and similar restaurants. Swedish researchers from the Karolinska Institute found the link between junk food and Alzheimer’s by studying mice that were fed junk food.

The study established that there is a link between dementia and a diet of sugar, fat and cholesterol—all of which are contained in the food served by fast food joints.  This is bad news for Americans who are at the top of the race when it comes to consuming McDonalds.
