For those who gain weight easily, it is possible to still indulge in snacking as long as they count the calories of food they put in their stomachs or by just eating the smart way. The snack should not be more that 100 calories, as we know, less is better. Having a snack makes you eat less during those heavy meals.

Snacks like almonds, walnuts, carrot sticks, an apple, or even a handful or two of pretzels that have zero trans fat will definitely help keep hunger down. Munch more green vegetables versus fruits because fruits become fructose which turns into stored sugar that converts into fat. Fruits are great but don’t go overboard consuming it. For more fat loss, try to eat protein such as egg whites, no cereals, no breads, no potatoes or carbohydrates or fired foods. With this, you could definitely lose some serious weight.

Be a smart consumer by carefully reading how much fats or carbohydrates one food has. When shopping for food, it is better to shop when you feel no urges to eat. This is so to prevent purchasing so-called foods that have no nutritional value.
