Ingredients:
1 whole grain pocketless pita, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup diced red pepper, 1/4 cup diced fresh mushrooms, 3 oz. diced cooked chicken breast, Italian herbs to taste
Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
2. Spread the tomato sauce on top of the pita. Top with chicken breast, red pepper, mushrooms, herbs and mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes until cheese melts or bubbly.
