Natural Cures From the Kitchen

You could soothe minor ailments with products you find in your pantry.  Although it is still advisable to see the doctor for minor ailments, you could use these natural remedies from the kitchen.

* Olive oil-use it for eczema. Olive oil is packed with inflammation-reducing antioxidants.  It is also the basis for many moisturizers and free of chemical irritants.
* Salt-use it for athlete’s foot. A saline solution provides a hostile government for fungus, decreases excess perspiration and softens skin so antifungal meds can penetrate deeper.
* Tonic water-use it for restless legs. The quinine that tonic water contains helps stop muscle contractions.
* Baking Soda-use it for urinary tract infection. It makes the bladder more alkaline to prevent bacteria build-up.  Continue this once a day until you see a doctor, get a culture, and start taking antibiotics.
