Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce
Raw Broccoli (cut into small bite size pieces)
Feta Cheese (cut into small bite size pieces)
Sauteed Portabella Mushrooms (sauté mushrooms in a little bit of olive oil until soft)
Grilled Chicken (lightly season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook on a grill. Slice chicken into strips)
Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Toss together all the ingredients in a bowl. If you don’t like raw broccoli, you can also sauté or blanch it first before tossing in with the other ingredients. Enjoy!
