It is really annoying every time you see oozing zits on your forehead. Treating pimples vary per individual; some may work for you while others may not. You must first know what kind of acne you have. Light acne doesn’t require you to use a lot of products. On the other hand, heavy acne needs a dermatologist’s care. Here are some tips on treating pimples and preventing them.
1. You hands and hair are places where bacteria lurks so keep them off your face. Of course, you wouldn’t want bacteria contaminate your face.
2. To flush out toxins from your body system, drink ample amount of water and take Vitamin C and E supplements. It will keep you hydrated and helps in generating new skin cells.
3. Keep a good skin care regimen. It should include a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer and treatments having either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. These will help kill bacteria within the pores.
4. Freshen up your face with lemon juice or with a yogurt and oatmeal mask. Lemon juice is good in killing bacteria and the mask can absorb unnecessary oils from the skin.
