The best way to burn belly fat is: bodyweight exercises as a warm up followed by strength training supersets to build the muscle and the last is interval training. These three steps only require 45 minutes of your time everyday.
Perform 5 minutes of bodyweight exercises. After warming up, move on to the strength training supersets. These are two exercises performed back to back with minimum rest between each activity. The strength training supersets will only require 20 minutes and the exercises will depend on how much muscle you want to build. The final step is 18 minutes of interval training. Do a warm-up, followed by six short intervals depending on your fitness level, interspersed with short periods of low-intensity recovery. Finish with a cool-down.
