A friendly reminder for frappuccino lovers: think twice before you go for your next venti drink, especially if that pastry will already serve as your dinner.  You’ll end up consuming twice the amount of your usual supper.  That blended ice coffee most likely contains more calories than your meal.

It has been found by The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) that most iced coffees contain at least 200 calories – with several over 400 calories.  A venti (large) Dark Berry Mocha Frappuchino from Starbucks: 561 calories and that could already be almost half your daily allowance in just one drink if you are a woman on a calorie-controlled diet.
