
Campaign ads against illegal drug use flock the TV, magazines, and billboards. This is ironic because potato chips, soda, chocolates and other junk food plague the media, too. Why so? Because a new study claims that snack foods may trigger a drug addiction-like response in obese women.
Actually, even without a study, with Lay’s potato chips’ marketing slogan, anyone would agree that junk food has quite a similar effect as drugs: “Betcha you can’t eat just one.”
