Snack Attack: Nonfat Yogurt Dill Dip and Veggies

Satisfy your food cravings with a healthy snack that’s easy to whip out.  You can do this within the comforts of your own home—but of course you have to buy the ingredients from the grocery store first if you don’t have them yet.  If your taste buds are not into veggies, we’re sure their opinion will change once they’ve tasted lettuce and cucumbers dipped in this creamy and refreshing yogurt dill dip. It’s made with nonfat Greek yogurt so it’s low in calories, high in protein, and has a tangy flavor that complements veggies beautifully.  Here’s the easy recipe:

Ingredients:

* 6 ounces of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
* 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours.
2. Serve with chopped veggies or crackers.
